Inspired by a trip to the Catskill Mountains, Auzerais was smitten with Bushwick Kitchen's Cinnamon Maple Syrup. "It is truly captivating on its own. I wanted to ensure the blondie wasn't taking away from what is already a truly delicious product. We made our signature blondie base and topped it with semi-sweet chocolate chips. Right as it comes out of the oven, we drizzle it with the Cinnamon Maple so that it doesn't lose any flavor during baking."
