Jenn Stoker's 'Stoked Kitchen' brings sustainable cooking, meal planning, craft cocktails and allergy-friendly fare to clients in Bozeman and Big Sky
BOZEMAN, Mont. - CuisineWire -- Personal chef Jenn Stoker is going west, bringing her high quality organic and allergy-friendly cooking services to customers in the Treasure State.
Stoker has worked as a private chef for more than 15 years in Chicago and New York City. She recently moved with her husband from Chicago to Bozeman to open Stoked Kitchen, through which she offers clients in southern Montana in-home chef services, gourmet meal delivery drop off, craft cocktail kits, and specialized meal and diet plan consulting.
Stoker is an expert in cooking for families and individuals with food allergies. She has spent years refining recipes to accommodate not only her clients' food and anaphylactic allergies but her own multiple food allergies. She also caters to clients on plant-based, vegan diets as well as those seeking high-performance meals, Montana fare, and other cuisines.

Her goal is to use the highest quality ingredients, including organic options and locally-sourced foods whenever possible.
"Whatever your diet is, my goal is to deliver pure, simple perfection using the best ingredients," Stoker said. "I am passionate about offering attentive and flexible chef services to meet all my clients' needs while filling their homes and bellies with the comfort of amazing food."
Stoker began her culinary journey with a fellowship at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, where she graduated with top honors. Her career began at the Food Network, where she assisted celebrity chefs, production crews, and food development teams on set.
She later worked for eight years as a corporate chef with one of the world's largest food service companies. There, she spearheaded culinary marketing campaigns, researched and developed food products, and conducted culinary training and demonstrations. She eventually left to work in research and development for a food startup launched by professional athletes.

Eventually, Stoker moved on to Chicago to launch into the private chef sector, traveling the world alongside professional athletes, A-list celebrities, and Fortune 500 executives as she expanded her culinary skills. She is the author of the cookbook "She Cooks She Scores" in addition to launching her own food product line.
