FORT MYERS, Fla. - CuisineWire -- Fort Myers Brewing Company is celebrating St. Patrick's Day all weekend long with a three-day party March 15-17 featuring specialty beer releases, food trucks and live music.
Throughout the weekend, guests can expect specialty dishes from various food trucks, a variety of live performances and festivities for families, friends and pets to enjoy. Food will be dished up by new and longtime food truck partners, including Don't Give Up, Island Vibez Grill, MAD Brunch, Mambo, Tia's Kitchen, Wicked Streatery and more, as well as canine-friendly treats from The Wiggle Bar. Live music will be performed by Chasing Denver, Jacob's Ladder and Gator Nate.
Fort Myers Brewing is releasing specialty beers to celebrate the occasion, including an Irish Red Ale, Turn the Lights Stout, a festive green seltzer and green seltzer slushie. The Irish Red Ale is a balanced, easy-drinking beer with a moderate malt character that is full of caramel and toasted notes. The deep reddish-copper color comes from both crystal malt and a small dose of highly kilned grain. Turn the Lights Stout is a dry Irish stout, a dark beer with a dry-roasted character thanks to the use of coffee-like roasted barley and a moderate degree of roasted malt aromas.
