The Wine Over Waikiki series returns with a curated Joseph Phelps Wine Dinner, a multi-course, plated experience with world-class wine pairings and panoramic views of Waikīkī's skyline.

Priced at $150 per guest, the evening begins with a welcome glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blanc and a selection of hand-passed bites, followed by a decadent plated dinner featuring smoked duck breast with truffle mash and glazed figs, pan-seared shutome with crab and scallop croquette, grilled pork tenderloin with dijon herb demi, and a burnt Basque cheesecake finale. Each course is paired with standout wines from Joseph Phelps, including their celebrated Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2021 Insignia.
