LOS ANGELES - CuisineWire -- The 2022 National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey, sponsored by the International Frozen Yogurt Association, will launch on October 12, 2022. The survey is open to anyone who owns a frozen yogurt shop or a business that serves frozen yogurt in the US.
The online survey includes questions about shop performance, satisfaction with suppliers, operational practices, management practices, outlook, etc. The survey results will help froyo shop owners better understand how their shop compares to other shops. This year's results will also be compared to last year's results as well. Owners who take the survey will be able to sign up to receive the survey results.

"We strongly encourage all froyo shop owners to participate in our anonymous industry survey. We created the National Frozen Yogurt Shop Owner Survey to provide frozen yogurt shop owners and industry members with industry insights that can't be found elsewhere. For example, last year we found that most shops had returned to self-serve and recovered from the pandemic. Respondents were very concerned about rising costs," said Susan Linton, President of the International Frozen Yogurt Association. "We're eager to share this year's insights with the frozen yogurt industry."
The anonymous survey takes about 7 minutes to complete and can be found at, https://tinyurl.com/2022froyoowner
The survey will remain open until midnight PST on Sunday, November 6, 2022.
Suppliers and others who are interested in the results but do not own a frozen yogurt store or are outside the US can receive the survey results by sharing IFYA's pinned Facebook (@froyoassociation) post, Instagram post (@froyoassociation) about the survey or retweeting the pinned survey tweet (@froyogirl) using a public profile.
