A celebration of all things salad in its diverse forms, Salad Week will honor the many ways Portlanders can enjoy salad around the city. Aiming to shine a light on high-quality local farmers and producers, Bridgetown Bites aims to provide Portlanders with daily resources and inspiration on where, when, and how to get the best salad around Portland.
Portland's Salad Week wouldn't be complete without a few surprises such as recommendations for the most unusual salad, the best kept secret salad, top food truck or cart salad, and more!

- Monday, June 6 - We learn about the "anatomy of a salad," how and where to eat it and exactly where to find it. Check out and download a comprehensive list of some of the best salads around Portland from restaurants, specialty food stores, food carts and trucks, and other places.
- Tuesday, June 7 - We highlight salad-centric restaurants around Portland and the salads that make them special. We'll also explore the world of local Farmers Markets and CSAs and the people who run them. We'll end the day with fun, easy, and local salad recipes you can create in your kitchen.
- Wednesday, June 8 - We break down a few kid salad myths including the best kid-friendly greens to try, where to find the best kid-friendly restaurant salad, how and where to educate kids about healthy eating, cooking classes, recipes, and more! We'll even feature some real kid videos to prove that we've tested our theories.
- Thursday, June 9 - Local food bloggers and influencers lend us their perspective on favorite salads around town, why they love them, and where to find them.
- Friday, June 10 - Highlights from Salad Week including readers' top choices for salad around town. Photo highlights, video reels, and gorgeous depictions of salads!
