Over the years, the competition has received a remarkable number of emails from passionate musicians seeking a U.S.-based Chopin competition created specifically for amateur pianists—one that values artistry, depth, and musical integrity at the highest level.

Repertoire will consist of standard solo piano works, including a mandatory requirement of two compositions by Frédéric Chopin, encouraging performers to showcase both individuality and stylistic authenticity.
