O'Kims offers contemporary Korean food that resonates with modern tastes. Chef Kim incorporates Italian, French, and Japanese techniques into traditional Korean dishes, using natural, healthy ingredients sourced from Hawaii to support local farmers and promote sustainability.
The regular menu includes Kalbi Steak, Bibimbap, Fried Tofu, Kimchi Fried Rice, and Confit Pork Belly Brulee. O'Kims also features monthly specials that showcase Chef Kim's creativity, giving customers new fusion dishes to look forward to every month. Vegan options are also available on the regular menu.
O'Kims is open for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm and for dinner from 5 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday. Takeout is available all day from 11 am to 9 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays.
