NAPLES, Fla. - CuisineWire -- Old Vines Supper Club introduces its Omakase Wine Dinner Series, taking place every Wednesday throughout January, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in Naples.

Omakase, which translates to "I leave it up to you," encourages diners to put their trust in the talents of the chef. This series offers a unique, chef-led Japanese dining experience that showcases the freshest seasonal ingredients, artfully prepared, with a small element of surprise.

The wine dinner features 10 to 12 courses of light, bite-sized plates, offering a tasting menu that samples sushi, scallops, wagyu and more, complemented by inspired wine pairings. Curated by Old Vines' Chef Brooke Kravetz, Chef Sophia Kiasi and Wine Director Zach Bingham, Omakase presents a captivating dining adventure. Guests are invited to fully immerse themselves in the traditional Omakase experience, using minimal utensils and enjoying each dish with their fingers. Every plate is expertly paired with sake or wine for a well-rounded, enriching and educational experience that captivates the senses.

The Omakase Wine Dinners cost $150 per person, including wine pairings, every Wednesday in January at Old Vines Supper Club, located at 2795 Davis Blvd. in Naples. Tax and gratuity are not included. Reservations are required, and space is limited.
