NAPLES, Fla. - CuisineWire -- Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has selected a pair of culinary visionaries who have elevated the fine dining experience in Naples to lead its next venture on Fifth Avenue South, Prime Social Reserve.

Giannasi, a former actor, has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 40 years. He has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants since 2007. His tenure began as a mixologist at Ocean Prime Orlando, followed by his role as a corporate bar trainer, where he played an integral part in the successful openings of several new Ocean Prime locations across the country. He later advanced to serve as general manager of Ocean Prime Naples in 2016 before being named general manager of Del Mar Naples in 2021.
