In her role, she oversees strategic workforce planning, policy development, compliance, onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement initiatives company-wide.

With more than 25 years of human resources experience and over two decades at Qualis, Ms. Nichols has played a critical role in supporting major contract transitions, rapid workforce growth, and multiple merger and acquisition integrations. Her leadership has helped ensure continuity, culture, and care for employees during periods of significant expansion.
