Eagle Protect to be honored during Global Event on February 24
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - CuisineWire -- Real Leaders is thrilled to announce the newly selected winners of its 2022 Top Impact Companies from around the world. "Business leaders across the globe are rapidly discovering that to be competitive – and to grow and thrive – they must forgo shortsighted thinking in favor of a farsighted vision that takes into account their company's social and environmental impact," said Mark Van Ness, Founder of Real Leaders. "We are excited to welcome new and old companies alike to the impact movement, and into the Real Leaders Impact Awards community."
The 2022 list features a mix of respected impact brands of all sizes and from a variety of industries, including Traditional Medicinals, Hannon Armstrong and Ocean Brands, as well as Allbirds, Danone, and Warby Parker. Eagle Protect came in at 100, in their section alongside companies such as CVS, Moderna, and Johnson and Johnson to name a few.

"We are thrilled to be recognized by Real Leaders among many other values-aligned companies," said Eagle Protect CEO Steve Ardagh. "Our long-term focus on reducing our company's customer and environmental impact has been a huge part of achieving this award".
A virtual ceremony will be held on February 24, 2022 to honor the winners and feature a keynote from Peter Diamandis, founder and executive chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation and executive founder of Singularity University.
ABOUT EAGLE PROTECT
Eagle Protect was founded in New Zealand in 2006 by Steve Ardagh and Lynda Ronaldson, whose purpose focused on the responsible sourcing of quality products to ensure customer safety and impact reduction, ultimately mitigating risk. Since its founding, the company has grown rapidly to supply 80 percent of the primary food processing industry in New Zealand with responsibly sourced disposable gloves and protective clothing. After successfully tackling challenges faced by the NZ food industry, Ardagh and his family relocated to California in January 2016, with the intent of bringing Eagle's advanced technological approach and philosophy around the supply of single-use gloves to the US food industry. Eagle is currently partnering with NZ Trade and Enterprise to assist with growth in the US.
