Beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, March 22, this five course meal will be expertly guided by Ann Puszykowski of Woodberry Wine and Chef Jacob Austin of Bavarian Inn Restaurant. Both distinguished in their respective fields, they promise an evening filled with distinctive expertise and rich flavors.
The five courses will capture the diverse tastes of the globe and leave guests with a newfound admiration for delicacies from around the world. The first course features a White Truffle Lobster Arancini paired with Avia Pinot Grigio from Slovenia. The Pinot Grigio presents notes of citrus, melon, and pear and has a clean finish to introduce the next course.
Proceeding the rich flavors of Slovenia are the pleasant provisions from Portugal. This course will feature a Chili Espresso Braised Short Rib perfectly paired with Confidencial Reserva Tinto, a medium-dry red wine.

The third course of the night will present the sophisticated flavors of the Western European city renowned for its wines and cuisine, France. The course combines the flavors of apricot, walnut, and brie to create the Brie en Croute paired with Domaine de L'Espigouette Rose.
After delighting in the refined palate of France, guests will indulge in the flavors of Argentina's distinguished provisions for the evening's fourth course. This course will consist of a slow-roasted Pork Shank, carefully crafted and impeccably paired with the vibrant Abito Malbec La Juventud.
The final course of the evening will demonstrate the illustrious flavors of Italy. The Bavarian Inn plans to close the night with the divine Honey Panna Cotta, paired with the Taliano Michele Moscato d'Asti, offering a bold close to the exclusive culinary experience.
