A partnership between L. Renee' Chubb and ERTC Express has been announced for the start of Black History Month, L. Renee's focus during February is to help 217+ Black owned businesses "skip the line" on access to funding resources.
COLUMBUS, Ohio - CuisineWire -- his initiative will better support small to medium-sized businesses in their Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) claims.
The recently announced collaboration comes as US businesses prepare for tax season. The partnership will support business owners in filing, processing and claiming their tax credits related to both full and part-time W-2 employees during the pandemic.
The Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) provides a financial reward to businesses for paying their employees throughout the pandemic. Established by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the rules around the ERTC have recently been revised, meaning that many more businesses could benefit, explains ERTC Express.

Previously, employers were required to choose between the Payroll Protection Program (PPP) or claiming ERTC credits. The majority of small to medium-sized businesses opted to receive the forgivable PPP loans. However, the recent changes in regulations mean that businesses can now apply for both options. Many business owners are unaware that these changes are applied retrospectively, meaning that they can now qualify for up to $26,000 per W-2 employee.
The partnership provides SMBs with access to expert guidance on how to qualify for the ERTC and receive their due compensation.
L. Renee' Chubb supports small to medium-sized businesses to raise their profile at the local level.
ERTC Express works with small business owners to maximize their refundable claims for the Employee Retention Tax Credits. Their specially designed system requires only 15 minutes of input from clients to process their claims effectively. Clients also receive audit-proof documentation for IRS support with each successful claim.

A spokesperson for L. Renee' Chubb said: "Coach L. Renee' is thrilled to offer this premium service to our clients in our partnership with ERTC Express. The small business owners we work with have had a huge disadvantage over the past few years. They need support to get back to pre-pandemic levels, and Coach is proud to be a community resource to make that happen. It's important that business owners know there is no cost to apply, nor is there anything to pay back. This is money you are entitled to claim, and we want to ensure that you don't miss out on this one-time opportunity for a large refund check from the IRS."
